We are dedicated to creating an open forum where homeowners can openly, without retribution (from us), discuss its Board and Property management, promoting honesty, community involvement, and collective progress for the neighborhood.

We would love for this site to extol the virtues of Raleigh Square Condominiums home ownership. But we can’t. The bottom line is way too many homeowners have shared their feelings that they are dissatisfied with the Board of Directors, the management company (both previous and newly appointed), and the Association’s attorneys. Many homeowners feel the Association is run without due care of fiduciary duties for a nearly $1 million corporation (non-profit). Share your comments with us at info@raleighsquare.com.
